Please be aware that the Alt Path proxy server must not be used in any of the following ways:

Any illegal activity. This includes activity that is illegal in the USA or your local area. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright violation, hacking or viewing/downloading illegal materials.
To transmit any material that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, obscene or which poses a risk to either somebody else or their equipment.
To send spam or participate in spamming activities of any type.
To conduct acts of terrorism

The Alt Path proxy service may have bugs, code failures, errant behavior, unexpected results and at times may not be available. The Alt Path proxy server cannot be held responsible for any defects, errors, or any damages which occurs with the use of the Alt Path proxy server. You are using the Alt Path proxy service at your own risk!

You must not use the Alt Path proxy server if you disagree with the stated terms of service. By using the server you agree to the above terms.

Alt Path reserves the right to terminate the use of the proxy server at anytime. All IP addresses of computers using this server are logged and Alt Path has the right to ban any IP from the server at any time without given notice.

Alt Path reserves the right to change these terms of service at anytime without prior notice.
